Welcome to LittleTortos. By enrolling your child in any of our programs, workshops, events, or purchasing equipment from us, you ("Parent" or "Guardian") agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your relationship with LittleTortos, operated from 4-7-4/1, Opp ESIC Hospital, Nacharam, Hyderabad, Telangana. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please contact us before proceeding with enrollment.
- Enrollment in any LittleTortos program — including In-School Programs, After School Programs, Personal Training, Sports Days, and Special Events — is confirmed only upon receipt of a completed registration form and the applicable program fee.
- All enrollments are subject to availability. LittleTortos reserves the right to limit batch sizes to maintain quality of coaching and child safety.
- Parents or guardians must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration, including the child's name, age, date of birth, medical history, and emergency contact details.
- Enrollment of a child constitutes the parent's/guardian's acceptance of these Terms and Conditions in full.
- LittleTortos programs are designed for children aged 2–8 years unless otherwise specified for a particular program. Age eligibility will be verified at the time of registration.
- All program fees must be paid in full prior to the commencement of the program, unless a written instalment arrangement has been agreed upon with the LittleTortos administration.
- Fees are quoted per term/session/batch as communicated at the time of enrollment. LittleTortos reserves the right to revise fees for new terms with reasonable advance notice to parents.
- Payment can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or other methods communicated during registration. Cash payments, if accepted, will be receipted officially.
- All fees are non-transferable and cannot be applied toward a different program or another child without prior written approval from LittleTortos management.
- For equipment and kits purchased through LittleTortos, payment must be completed before dispatch or collection. All equipment sales are final.

Cancellations, Withdrawals & Refunds
- Cancellation by Parent: If a parent/guardian wishes to withdraw their child from a program, written notice must be given to LittleTortos at least 7 calendar days before the program start date for a full refund of fees paid, minus a non-refundable administrative charge of ₹500.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the program start date or after the program has commenced will not be eligible for a refund.
- No refunds will be provided for missed sessions due to a child's absence, illness, or personal reasons unless a medical certificate is submitted and LittleTortos, at its sole discretion, approves a make-up session or credit.
- Cancellation by LittleTortos: If LittleTortos cancels a program due to insufficient enrolments, unforeseen circumstances, or force majeure events (including but not limited to natural disasters, government orders, or public health emergencies), enrolled families will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative batch.
- LittleTortos reserves the right to reschedule individual sessions due to weather conditions, venue unavailability, or coach unavailability, without liability for refunds for those sessions alone.
- For Special Events and Sports Days, cancellation policies specific to that event will be communicated separately and shall take precedence over general terms herein.

Health, Medical & Fitness Requirements
- Parents/guardians confirm that their child is in good physical health and fit to participate in physical activity programs at the time of enrollment.
- Any pre-existing medical conditions, physical limitations, allergies, or special needs must be disclosed in full on the registration form. LittleTortos will use this information solely to ensure the child's safety and will keep it confidential.
- Children with special needs are warmly welcomed in our Personal Training for Special Kids program. Parents are requested to discuss their child's specific requirements with our team before enrollment so we can assign a suitable coach and adapt activities accordingly.
- LittleTortos coaches are trained in basic first aid. However, in the event of a medical emergency, LittleTortos will contact the emergency numbers provided and arrange for professional medical care. All related medical costs are the sole responsibility of the parent/guardian.
- If a child develops a contagious illness (e.g., chickenpox, flu, COVID-19), parents must immediately notify LittleTortos and keep the child away from sessions for the medically recommended isolation period.
- Physical activity carries an inherent risk of injury. By enrolling your child with LittleTortos, you acknowledge and accept these inherent risks.
- LittleTortos, its coaches, staff, directors, and associated partners shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, or accident arising from a child's participation in our programs, provided that reasonable duty of care has been exercised by our team.
- LittleTortos shall not be liable for the loss or damage of any personal belongings, clothing, footwear, or equipment brought to sessions by participants.
- Parents/guardians assume full responsibility for ensuring their child is appropriately dressed, equipped, and hydrated for each session as per the guidelines communicated by LittleTortos.
- Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for gross negligence or wilful misconduct on the part of LittleTortos staff.
- LittleTortos is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and positive environment for all children. Bullying, aggression, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.
- Parents/guardians are expected to model respectful behaviour when interacting with our coaches, staff, and other families.
- Children are expected to follow the instructions of coaches and respect fellow participants. Persistent disruptive behaviour may result in the child being asked to leave the session without a refund.
- LittleTortos reserves the right to terminate enrollment at any time, without refund, if a child or their parent/guardian engages in behaviour deemed harmful, abusive, or disrespectful toward staff, children, or the program environment.

Photography, Video & Media Consent
- LittleTortos may photograph or video-record sessions for the purposes of program documentation, social media, marketing materials, and our website.
- By enrolling your child, you grant LittleTortos permission to use non-identifiable images and videos of your child for these purposes, unless you expressly opt out in writing at the time of registration.
- We will never publish your child's full name alongside identifiable images without your separate written consent.
- Parents/guardians must not photograph or video-record other children during sessions without the consent of those children's parents/guardians.

Drop-off, Pick-up & Child Safety
- Children must be dropped off and picked up by a parent, guardian, or an authorised adult listed in the registration form. LittleTortos staff will not release a child to an unauthorised person.
- Parents/guardians must inform LittleTortos in advance if a different authorised adult will be collecting their child on a given day.
- LittleTortos cannot be held responsible for children before they are signed in at the start of a session or after they have been signed out at the end of a session.
- Late pick-up beyond 15 minutes after a session's official end time may attract a late fee of ₹100 per 15-minute increment, at the discretion of the venue coordinator.
- All curriculum materials, training methodologies, program structures, branding, content, and digital materials developed and used by LittleTortos are the exclusive intellectual property of LittleTortos.
- Parents and participants may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any LittleTortos materials without express written permission.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India and the state of Telangana.
- In the event of any dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith discussion. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.

Amendments to These Terms
LittleTortos reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to enrolled families via email or notice on our website at www.littletortos.com. Continued participation in our programs following such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
